Huia Nam Dang National Park in Chiangmai, Thailand is nestled at an altitude of 1,530 Meters above sea level. Live Specialty coffee beans are grown and harvested on this idyllic mountain. With a consistent, cool temperature, between 9 and 20 degrees Celsius, we are the pioneers who brought Arabica Coffee production to Thailand.

Pick the perfectly ripened coffee cherries.
Protect the freshly picked cherries from damage and dirt.
Carefully transport the cherries from the garden to the factory so that they are not bruised or damaged.
Wash the cherries using screened water used for the whole translation process.

Ensure consistency by measuring humidity 3 times a day to control the coffee beans from being too moist or too dry.
Strictly control the coffee stockroom environment to prevent moisture from reentering back into the coffee beans, which can cause impurities in the coffee.
Use highly engineered machines that do not damage coffee beans during milling.
Manually remove any green bean defects before roasting.
Extensive testing to identify the taste notes, the quality and standard of the coffee.
Roasting process to bring out the best flavor in the naturally produced coffee beans.
Manually sort any defects after the roasting process.
Use packaging that maintains the quality and flavor of the coffee when stored.
